We are grateful for every gift that helps The STEM Network serve students, families, educators, and community partners.
Charitable Status
The STEM Network INC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Eligible donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
How Donations Are Used
Donations support The STEM Network’s charitable mission, including student and family programming, educator support, community experiences, operations, and related mission-focused work.
Payment Processing
Online donations are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store complete payment card details on our servers.
Receipts and Acknowledgment
We maintain internal donation records and may provide written acknowledgment or other documentation for gifts as needed or required. Donors should also keep their email confirmations and payment records for tax purposes.
Refunds and Donation Errors
If you believe a donation was submitted in error, charged incorrectly, or duplicated, please contact us promptly through our contact page. We review refund and correction requests case by case.
Recurring Gifts
If you need help with a recurring gift, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the request as quickly as possible.
No Goods or Services Unless Stated
Unless a specific campaign, event, or sponsorship states otherwise, donations made through this page are intended as charitable gifts and do not provide goods or services in return.
